TITANIC WALK (Godalming) 90mins

At 2:20am on the morning of 15th April 1912 the British passenger liner RMS Titanic sinks to the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean with the loss of more than 1500 souls.

This 90 minute guided walk around Godalming recounts the tale of John George 'Jack' Phillips, the senior wireless telegraphist aboard the RMS Titanic, from his early years in Godalming to his final hours aboard the ship.

We visit several Titanic memorials, find out where Jack lived and where he first learnt to use morse code.

FILM LOCATIONS (Shere) 60mins

The picture box village of Shere has been used as a film location for over 18 films, the most famous being 'The Holiday' and 'Bridget Jones-the edge of reason', as well as numerous TV programmes including 'Foyles War' and TV commercials.

This 60 minute walk visits some of the locations around the village and includes some celebrity gossip and sightings.

THE MYSTERY OF AGATHA CHRISTIE (Shere) 2 - 3 hours

On the evening of 3rd December 1926, crime writer Agatha Christie, then aged 35, created a mystery of her own when, for 11 days, she simply disappeared.

This walk recounts the tale of her disappearance, visits some of the locations, pieces together the evidence and includes other local tales of mystery and intrigue.
